4. Product Information & Availability

We sell both vintage and new, handmade items. Please note:

• Vintage items are sold as-is and may include signs of age or use
• Handcrafted pieces may show natural variations in size, texture, and finish

All product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that descriptions or specifications are error-free or that colours display identically on all devices.

We reserve the right to update pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure payment through major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported methods.

Orders are binding once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

If your payment is declined or returned for any reason, you may be liable for any associated banking fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• You are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Once dispatched, we cannot alter delivery details.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• Risk transfers to you once goods have been delivered to the specified address.
• East Wing studio reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders. 
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international deliveries.

7. Dispatch & Lead Times

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items listed on our website are indicative only and may change due to global supply chain disruptions or the nature of the production process.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may split the shipment to ensure you receive available items sooner. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel. A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be emailed to you once each part of your order has been dispatched.

8. In-Stock Items

Products marked as "In Stock" are available in our South Coast, NSW warehouse and will be dispatched within 10 business days of placing your order. If your purchase includes both in-stock and pre-order items expected to arrive within the same calendar month, we may hold the entire order until all items are ready to be shipped together.

After dispatch, orders are handed over to our third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

9. Pre-Order Items

For items marked as pre-order, we can only confirm the estimated arrival timeframe into our Australian warehouse. Dispatch from our warehouse is expected by the end of the month stated on the product page at the time your order was placed.
For example, if a product page states "Pre-order arrival – Oct", you can expect your order to be shipped by Oct 30th.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may shift due to factors outside our control, such as production, global supply chain or shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes via email.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Occasionally, we may offer special promotions, codes, or discounts. Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions apply only to full-price items
• They cannot be combined with other offers
• They are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases
• Promotions may exclude certain products such as Vintage Pieces and Gift Cards

Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are handed over to your nominated address.

If you are not available to accept the delivery:

We may deliver your order in multiple shipments, each governed by the same Terms.

In short:

• Vintage items are final sale and non-returnable
• New items may be eligible for exchange or credit (not refunds), under strict timeframes
• Damages must be reported within 24 hours using our  Claims Form

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
