Shipping policy

At East Wing Studio, we strive to make your online shopping experience as seamless and efficient as possible. We pride ourselves in ensuring your pieces arrive with care, precision, and as much love as they left us with. 

Whether you’re just around the corner or across the globe, we offer fast, reliable shipping to get your pieces home. Within Australia, we work with a trusted network of local couriers who deliver with the speed, safety, and care your order deserves. For international customers, we partner with DHL Express to provide worldwide delivery, ensuring your items arrive quickly and securely, with the same priority and care every step of the way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you’re in a remote or rural area, we may contact you to arrange an additional freight contribution if required.

All in-stock items ship within 3-10 days from purchase within Australia 

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers—please ensure you provide a residential or commercial address at checkout.

We ship all orders from our South Coast, NSW warehouse within 3–10 business days, depending on whether the item is in stock or part of a pre-order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and your delivery location.

 

Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

  • In-stock items will ship within 3-10 business days of your order.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped by the end of the month stated on the product page.
    • Please note, this is an estimated timeline and may vary due to production, freight or global supply chain delays.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may either:
    • Hold your entire order until all items are ready to ship; or
    • Split the shipment (at our discretion) and send available items earlier. Separate tracking details will be provided for each delivery.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using a trusted network of international courier services, including DHL Express for many destinations. Please email us at hello@eastwingstudio.com 
International delivery generally takes 5–20 business days, though some locations may take longer. Shipping times are estimates only and can be affected by customs or courier delays.


Import Duties & Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, and local import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping quote.

Your local customs office will contact you for payment before releasing your parcel. East Wing Studio is not able to estimate these fees, please check with your local authorities before purchasing if you’re unsure.

 

Packaging, Insurance & Risk

  • Every piece is professionally wrapped and packed with care.
  • All shipments from East Wing Studio are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, it is considered your property and responsibility.

In the rare event that your item is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately so we can assist with your insurance claim.

  • We will provide all necessary details to support your claim with the courier.
  • East Wing Studio is not liable for courier mishandling, but we will do our best to help.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to amend delivery details. Orders returned due to incorrect address will incur re-delivery and re handling fees.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary. East Wing Studio is not liable for courier or customs delays.
  • Risk and responsibility for your item transfers to you once delivery has been made to the address provided at checkout.
