Rare. J.M Frank

$220.00

Between 1932 and 1940, Jean-Michel Frank completely renewed the decorative arts vocabulary. Working in Paris, New York, and South America, and inspired by neoclassicism, abstraction and primitive arts, he gave the 1930s an original style, whose elegance earned him the support of an elitist and fortunate clientele. The name Jean-Michel Frank has become a reference for collectors and dealers in 20th century antiques. The decorative principles that he elaborated are at the heart of the minimalist style that contemporary decorators cherish.
