At East Wing Studio we strive to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you with speed, safety & care as our top priority.
Shipping of Antiques & Vintage Furniture, Objects and Art requires expertise, and as such, East Wing Studio partners with a network of reputable carriers who provide safe and cost effective local and international delivery solutions.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONALLY
AUSTRALIA
East Wing Studio will not send any of our pieces to an Australia Post Parcel Pick up or PO Box address, so please ensure you have a residential or commercial address to provide when checking out.
East Wing Studio works with a network of couriers who provide safe handling and cost effective shipping options to deliver your product to your door. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped using a network of courier services, please request a quote prior to purchasing. Generally, international orders will be received within 5-15 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your total shipping quote. Once your order dispatched, it is viewed by our couriers to be your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. East Wing Studio is unable to determine how much these duties may cost, please ensure you are aware of these potential fees before you make your purchase.

INSURANCE
Before leaving the studio, each piece is individually wrapped and packaged to the highest standard. All shipments sent from East Wing Studio are 100% insured to put your mind at ease.
VINTAGE RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Vintage & Antique items are by definition “used” and may show signs of natural age and/or use. All Vintage/Antique items for sale via East Wing Studio are sold “as found” and as such we do not accept returns or refunds on these items. In addition to the description all photos act as part of the description so please review photos and descriptions carefully. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Special care is taken to display our items with a high level of detail, noting any defects appropriate with age and use. Please take the time to read the description and review images with care before committing to a purchase.

Refund Policy
Please make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. This policy is supported under Australian Consumer Law.
Orders for custom-made or special order items are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. Should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us straight within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Collection
Each piece in the East Wing Studio Collection is carefully handmade using traditional techniques. As we do not use precision laser-cutting technology, slight variations in size (a few millimetres) or detail may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the charm and individuality of each handmade item. As such, these characteristics do not qualify for replacement or repair.
Faults & Shipping Damage
Our items are crafted by skilled artisans both locally and internationally. Due to the handmade process, no two pieces are exactly the same. Minor irregularities are a normal part of handmade work and should be embraced as part of the piece’s unique appeal.
Important: Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll need a detailed description of the damage, clear photographs of the affected item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please note: If the issue is cosmetic and not structural, it may fall within the expected natural variation and may not qualify for a replacement. If you believe your item is faulty but no longer have the original packaging, please contact our customer support team to explore your options.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Australia. By purchasing from us, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packed with care. Once items have been dispatched they are viewed by the insurer to be the property and responsibility of the purchaser. We are not able to offer a refund due to stolen, damaged or lost packages.
In the very rare and unlikely event that your product does not arrive or is damaged, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide details and liaise directly with the carriers. We will, of course, provide you with any necessary information required to assist you with making your claim where possible. It is the buyers responsibility to check all items immediately upon delivery. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting your merchandise.
Lost, stolen or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages or loss of items within this timeframe may void transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be provided.
No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing in transit if the address provided was incorrect. Please enter your shipping address correctly, once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the address.
